Personalized Consultation with Our Builder and Designer

As part of the Casabella service, our renovation specialist builder and talented interior designer will visit your home for an in home consultation. Once on site, they will evaluate the space you wish to renovate and discuss your ideas and propose a rough design for your home which will suit your personal style and needs.
Detailed Service Estimation

After we have evaluated your space, we will provide you with an estimation that covers construction cost.
Comprehensive Quotation for Your Renovation

If you are happy with our estimation, we will provide you with a specified quotation* that outlines the fine detail.
Collaborating on Your Dream Renovation

Now for the fun stuff, if you wish to go ahead with Casabella for your renovation we will enter into a preliminary agreement and our designer will work closely with you on creating floor plans. After floor plans are finalised our designer will then help select fixtures, fittings and equipment.
Finalizing Designs and Preparing for Construction

When our designs are finalised and there is a clear understanding of the construction detail, we will provide you with a 6-year home warranty insurance policy and prepare agreements. We will then book and construction date for work to commence.
